- Enterprise ($79/month): 1000 SOPs per month with enhanced capabilities
Payment Terms:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content:
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
Our Content:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DocMint and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DOCMINT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DocMint from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
